Bristol Country Apartments
This exclusive new development of contemporary and stylish apartments located at the Gloucestershire County Cricket Ground in Bristol has been built by Guilford Try & Linden Homes. Bristol County Ground forms part of the exciting redevelopment of this historic club, which counts WG Grace as one its founding members. The site, in Bishopston, has been home to Gloucestershire County Cricket Club since it was established in 1870 and is now undergoing complete redevelopment to become a world-class facility able to host national and international events.
The unique location of this development has dictated the building’s form, which wraps around the eastern edge of the cricket ground to maximise the view across the pitch. The apartments are arranged in four blocks – named after cricketing heroes WG Grace, Tom Graveney, Walter Hammond and Gilbert Jessop. Multicoms were awarded the contract through the elected electrical contractor to supply and install a site-wide integrated reception system. The system consists of 134 dwelling all having a master outlet in lounge and slave connection within master bedrooms. Multicoms have designed the system to deliver digital terrestrial television signals, digital satellite reception & digital audio broadcasts as per the specification.
